Bison Flogger

I purchased a pair of 18" slim Bison floggers from a local store that Unique Kink had partnered with. They were beautifully made, and the leather has been loved throughout the process. Dont stop reading this review after the word unfortunately. Unfortunately my purchase through the store was a little less than perfect, nothing ever is, there was minor damage to some of the falls on one, and just needed some love and repair. I did as anyone do and emailed Unique Kink to see if anything could be done. Well, E, the craftsperson of Unique Kink promptly reached out after I sent an email and immediately offered to not only repair, but rebuild the flogger/replace the falls that were damaged with similar grained leather, and they did to an almost indistinguishable degree. I cant even really tell there were repairs done. My purchase from the store also included a Nutz handle, which was faulty, and a wide 6" handle. E also said send that in and replaced it without question, and also adjusted the other handle I had purchased just to make sure everything was right. They take the safety and quality of their product seriously, and I really appreciate the double safety feature they have. The willingness to go above and beyond and the transparency throughout the process of the return as well as the explanation given as to why the equipment I got was the way it was was refreshing to see. There were no excuses, just a willingness to make things right and remedy. So, you might be thinking, why buy from here? It seems like I had a bad experience right? Except I didnt. E was a pleasure to communicate with, provided a prompt response to a request for service, and stood behind their warranty to a degree that would make any company shit their pants. I *WILL* be buying from here again, because I know they stand behind their product, they care about what they put out, even when its in a third parties hands who may have stored it improperly or let it get used in a store and damaged unknowingly. That is a level of customer service and attentiveness that is unmatched and deserves praise. TL;DR: What sold me was a unique leather product, what kept me was a stellar customer service experience when issues arose from a 3rd party purchase.

Got a set of these bad boys for my birthday last December. 1/2 in falls. They create the perfect thud/sting combo and guaranteed to thrust the body forward! They are my absolute favs

Was able to grab one of these on sale and I am glad I did. The leather is a lucious forest green. It is equally soft and heavy. This easily is becoming my favorite in my flogger collection.
