Pixie tops come in all sizes, and can be customized to fit any wearer. I have made sizes from A-cup all the way up to M-cup! All Pixie Tops, like the Strap Tops, come with leather straps that go over the shoulders, cross across the back, and then go through the o-rings at the base of the Pixie Top, then back out and tie into a bow for easy one-person on and off ( see photos for additional help ). There are four generalized sizes of Pixie Tops, Medium, Large, Extra Large, and XXL. If you need a smaller or larger size than listed, do not hesitate to contact us about additional sizing and pricing! Medium Pixie tops will fit MOST sizes A-cup through a small C-cup. Custom sizing is available after purchase to have your top fit just right,
